Civil Proj-Ex provided a Record of Survey, Traffic Impact Study, Site planning and Civil design including utility, SWPP, grading and drainage plans and construction details for this 1.2 acre site. The Site served a 6,650 s.f. building with outdoor play yards for various ages. Infrastructure included 14,000 s.f. of paving, 31,800 s.f. of landscaping, new sewer and water services, and storm water retention
Tooele Valley Motorsports
Civil Proj-Ex provided civil engineering services this 2.5 acres site. Deliverables included civil site planing, grading and drainage, SWPP, utility plans along with civil construction details. The site serves a 12,000 s.f. building for sales and service of recreational vehicles. Infrastructure included 49,510 s.f. of pavement, 48,115 s.f. of vegetated and open space, new water service from existing well, septic sewer, storm water retention, and 56,000 gallon fire suppression water storage with dry hydrants and fire dept. connections.
Hale Street Reconstruction
Civil Proj-Ex provided engineering services and construction administration for this 1/2 mile roadway reconstruction project of a minor collector street. The project used pulverization of existing asphalt and roadbase along with new base material and a new asphalt surface to reconstruct the roadway. The project contract documents were prepared to allow a bid alternate for the City to use and get the most out of the project budget. The project was successful to efficiently use the City's dollars and serve the Citizens.
Kidsville Early Learning Center
Grantsville Sheep Lane Sewer
Civil Proj-Ex provided engineering services and construction administration and inspection for this 12-inch diameter, 4,225 linear feet of sewer main project. The project purpose was to intercept a force main pipeline exiting the Deseret Peak Sports Complex which sent water to Tooele City and direct the flows to Grantsville City where gravity flow could be implemented. The corridor was along a major City collector roadway. The project will allow for the Miller Motor Sports Park and other industrial type facilities to be served along the corridor.
Northeast Sewer Interceptor
Civil Proj-Ex provided engineering services and construction administration for this major sewer trunkline project. The design included the removal of two existing lift stations, design of approximately 9,200 linear feet of 18-inch and 24-inch sewer main, 18 new manholes, and a new lift station at the treatment plant. Civil Proj-Ex team was successful in designing an efficient system that would significantly reduce maintenance of the lift station and provide payback value over the life of the system.
Field of Dreams Subdivision
Civil Proj-Ex completed this major subdivision located in Erda Utah. Services included surveying, engineering services and construction administration for this 1/2 mile roadway construction project of a rural residential street. The team used state of the practice 3D CADD programs to design the roadway geometry to minimize excavation and hauling of materials to provide a cost effective and efficient roadway.and also included 1,880 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water mains and 1,430 linear feet of 10-inch water mains as well as 23 service connections and 5 fire hydrants. The design was accepted by Field of Dreams LLC and Tooele County Roads Department.

Civil Proj-Ex completed projects include: 770 Fleetwood Drive addition - Tooele, Utah; Stockwell Residence Addition - Draper, Utah; Maycock Residence Renovation - Salt Lake City, Utah; Capri Homes new parking Structure - Salt Lake City, Utah; Holmes Residence deck addition - Park City, Utah; Dickerson Residence - American Fork, Utah; Wendel Residence - Bountiful, Utah; Willes Residence - Grantsville, Utah; Marks Residence deck addition - Tooele, Utah; Marsing Residence -Stockton, Utah; Grant Residence addition - Grantsville, Utah; Nantz new garage - Grantsville, Utah; Williams Patio - Grantsville, Utah; 1045 N 730 E rock retaining wall - Pleasant Grove, Utah;
Civil Proj-Ex provided engineering services prepared construction drawings and specifications with bidding documents as well as construction administration. The new water system infrastructure would serve the industrial area and allow for economic development through future business growth and new commercial development. Civil Proj-Ex was responsible for the successful design of 6,775 LF of 12-inch PVC water main, 2,412 LF of 8-inch PVC water main, 15 main line valves, and 15 water service connections, and 11 new fire hydrants.
